Any feedback on Harpley estate

Harpley is a very good suburb, Werribee compared to inner east Chinese suburbs and SE majority South Asian suburbs like Berwick, Officer etc which are pricey because certain groups keep hyping up prices even though those suburbs are not closer to anywhere , Werribee is actually really worth it , quiet and family friendly. Lost of room for development in west. Treatment plant is not an issue the smell which comes from time to time comes from the fertiliser plant based in another town not the treatment plant. Detention centre - no one really even knows it exist, so not a big deal. The fertilizer smell you can smell the same smell of you buy in new estates in SE suburbs as they are surrounded by farms. Overall, Harpley is kind of the best estate in west side.

Still no schools, highway link,train station or shops. This was sold to me 4years ago. Still waiting

There is a harpley facebook group, you should join and ask your questions there. I would say Harpley or werribee in general would be better than whyndam vale
I havent heard about a detention centre and the treatment plant has been there for years so I am not sure what could change about that, sometimes the smell can reach werribee, but it isnt a big deal
