Living in Weyba Downs
Hello
We are Sydney family looking at buying a house in the Noosa area.
We have seen a couple of properties for sale in Weyba Downs.
The area is quiet, and on the water.
I'm yet to come across anyone that actually lives there to ask what it's like.
It seems very central, 10-15 mins either way to Noosaville or Peregian.
Real estate agents tell me that it's windy, midges and has a rental occupancy of 45%.
There are some big houses down there, new and so people have spent money, which is positive.
Anyone out there have any thoughts??
