Weymar Street is 10 minute stroll to railway station which offers lots of shops to browse by, in safe family orientated area. The shopping at Southland (7 minute stroll) is unprecedented. Restaurants in Cheltenham, Southland and Bernard Street are brilliant, not to forget the Tudor Inn. Tasty meals, great value and oh so close!! Schools are great with both private and public available. Only 15 minutes by car to swimming beach or hop onto highway and into the city in around 30 minutes. Need to go to the airport? It is only 7 minute stroll to airport shuttle bus stop @ $25 one way. Cheaper than paying tollways, let alone parking - and always on time!! The neighbours are friendly and polite. Streets are wide enough to park the car outside and have friends around. Other attractions are: preschools, fresh food shops & bakeries, a very active and positive council who offer lots of services, pizzas are brilliant, close to everything, lots of doctors and other medical facilities. It is nice to have an area that it does not matter if you do not have a car, you are in walking distance to everything. Great for everyone - families, couples, singles, retirees - basically perfect area for anyone........
