"A quiet, safe street within walking distance to the city centre"
This crescent has everything a family needs. Park for the kids, friendly general store, hairdresser, bakery, specialty stores. Schools and public transport close by but a very peaceful area which retains that community feel. An active Neighbourhood Watch (not that it's often needed). The perfect place to live, close to the city centre, but without the traffic.
