Reviews of William St, Balaclava
"Great access to public transport with its own neighbourly park"
Great access to public transport, Carlisle Street, Brighton Road and Chapel Street and a nice neighbourly park. Glick's bagels are great, but so are all the green grocers and little shops. Walk to St Kilda Library or even St Kilda Beach.

"Walk to Carlisle Street, enjoy the park"
The section opposite the park in William Street is amazingly quiet, perhaps due to the car access being blocked off to Carlisle Street, but it is still only a few minutes walk to the centre of everything.
