Any real estate agency covering Williamstown?

You have many real estate agents in the area. So you're spoiled for choice. I'll quickly try run through them.

You have the large ones such as Barlow McEwan tribe, Century21, Sweeny, Compton Green and Hocking Stuart. They all do a good job and have good results from what I hear. I havent bought a house off them, nor sold one. I just head good things.

On the other hand, there are the locals who have been in the area forever. And they are Jas H Stephans and Williams. Williams is small, but been in Williamstown forever. They also service surrounding suburbs. I know people at WIlliamstown (Lauren - http://www.williamsre.com.au/our-team.aspx) and they supported my local sporting club by sponsoring us on an annual basis and have done so for years. Then there is Jas H, They originally were located in Yarraville, but due to their popularity opened an office in WIlliamstown last year. They were a family business in Yarraville since forever and continue to be that from what I understand.

Personally I like supporting local and would pick on accordingly and most likely because of knowledge and connection to Williams would consult them first before going to anyone else. Though my suggestions to you would be to look around and pick from the list above. Real estate contacts not only differ from business to business, but from agent to agent.
