"To The Pearl Farm"
The only reason that you would travel on the corrugated pindan of Willie Creek Road, would be to access the Willie Creek Pearl Farm. It is recommended 4WD access as depending on the last time the grader went through it can be more like driving on a washboard than a road. The Pearl Farm runs tours that takes visitors out on to Willie Creek to learn about how they farm the pearls – bookings essential. There is also a great cafe as part of the operation and the beer batter damper is highly recommended.
