How is Willow Vale, QLD as a suburb?
How is Willow vale, as a suburb.? I am looking for new house and land packages, and found few new houses here.

Nice rural area, but it is currently still poorly serviced. There is a fantastic little Primary school there, but poor / non existant public transport. However, main service areas are a short drive away. (Helensvale and Coomera)
There is a fire risk in the area, but the local rural firebrigade are vigilant and I encourage all residents to join up.
The proximity to the motorway is a big draw card, but of course everyone in the area needs a car.
