"Very attractive street."
This is the great street to either live or invest. with all the amenities within walking distance. It connect all the way to Westall Road for all our convenience travel. For someone looking to down size and wants to walk to every where this is the street you want to fight for.

"Extremely Convenient"
Best location. Very conveniently located next to shops for groceries, banking, schools, train stations. Everything is nearby. Don't need to drive. Great community and neighbours. Loving the restaurants just around the corner.

"Excellent Location"
Right in the heart of Springvale. Literally across the road from the famous Springvale shopping precinct. Excellent grocery shopping, restaurants, and public transport nearby. Beautiful and newly renovated place. A dream home for anyone.
