"An up and coming neighborhood."
Gray Street and the surrounding Springvale Heights area have shown much growth over the past decade. Nested between Springvale central and Mulgrave and close to all amenities, this neighborhood it is expected to repay handsomely the astute buyers who invested there in recent years.

Hi Frangop - I noticed this place is near Princess Hwy. Er .. how can this place be quiet? you gave it a score of 4 out of 5 (pretty good/quiet). Highways are noisy and polluted, right?
