"Highly recommended, ample green space and easy access to freeways"
What a great location, right opposite the Merri creek bike/walking paths, ample green space for taking the dog out for a walk.
Winifred Street also has the best fish and Chip shop going around.
Good access to public transport too. Highly recommended

"Transport, Recreation Facilities, Open Space, Schools Swimming Centre, Walking/Riding Path all with close proximity"
More than a suburban street as local side streets feed traffic into it. Not a street that children could play on as traffic volumes can be high. The street is serviced by Bus transport and neighbours (middle Income) although polite keep to themselves.
