My son and grandson are moving here shortly,
Wollongong, NSW 2500 is located within the Wollongong local government area, part of the Illawarra Region in New South Wales.
We need a new high school for him, needs to be friendly and not known for bullies.

Wollongong High School has an anti-bullying plan. I would say they are worth investigating as they are focused on this at the school.
