"a friendly place to live"
A small town with a couple of lovely eateries at the general store and peppermint bay, a renowned nursery, a great school and the marine discovery centre. Pedestrian infrastructure is limited outside the town section of the main highway. Only a few buses a day connect it to Kingston and Hobart. People are friendly.
