"Our Golden mile..."
Woodland street is sometimes referred to as Essendon Norths golden mile and with good reason. The streetscape is lined with spectacular & prominent homes, some of which have been extensively renovated while there may still be some great opportunities to renovate in future.
Situated on the street are also two significant parks of the area being Woodlands Park & Napier Park. Then at the east end of the street is a small shopping strip. The location is also handy to Essendon North shopping village.
But if you would like to live on Woodland street expect to pay a premium for such an amazing location!
