Is Essendon North a noisy suburb to live in being so close to Essendon Airport?

Essendon North, VIC 3041 is located within the Moonee Valley local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.

Our small family are looking at moving to Essendon North (Berry St/Kerferd St). Would love any advise from locals around how they find the noise levels from Essendon Airport? Is this a spot you would/wouldnt recommend for a young family with a baby?
