Rail connectivity
Close to beautiful beaches

Tends be very quiet and isolated
Has little character as a town
Crime rates are relatively higher on the central coast
Fairly homogeneous, insular type of a place
Late nights can be a bit dicey for a female of any type but a foreign looking one may find it dicier at times.
