Is Umina Beach and the Woy Woy region safe for people of colour to live in?

Woy Woy, NSW 2256 is located within the Gosford local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.

I am of ethnic Indian descent and am considering moving to Umina Beach due to rather high housing prices in Sydney. I was wondering if there is a negative stigma attached to people of colour in the region.

Yes , there are all different nationalities living around there now , 10 years ago it was different but the area has grown and up graded, and become more modern
