What is Greene street Woy Woy like?

They say Woy Woy is changing but I don’t think this street will as there is Goverment housing, school and the sub station

What a great question - like many things, a desired location is subjective to the individual experience and what works for one does not work for another.
Some like Greene Street to be close to the school and a walk to the station, others do not like the busy traffic around school start & finish times & the noise of teenagers flooding the street at those times.
Being close to industrial & automotive workshops can bring the car lovers to the area & the 'burn outs' may be a more common occurrence due to that.
Being in the stage of life I am, I am re-learning to trust my 'gut instinct' and encourage you to trust yours when it come to such a large commitment as buying a home & trust that your choice of where you choose to live will effect your joy & satisfaction greatly.
