Wynnum, QLD 4178 is located within the Brisbane local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
Looking at Wynnum as a place to live? What I'm looking for is a place to settle within a area of local residents that are Warm, Welcoming, Friendly and where the locals have a Community Spirit! Pay place within easy access into Brisbane's CBD for entertainment and major retail therapy. However, most of all we are ISO a place filled with a variety of Water activities to enjoy as a spectator - prefer a nice waterfront Cafe; Coffee Shop or Pub to sit whilst watching this Boating activity from. But most of all; be affordable to rent or buy into; whilst still enjoying affordable cost of living. "SAFETY IS FIRST" plus a good local Hospital & Dr's. Too. As Empty Nesters We are now without kids or Pets; yet enjoy lengthy Waterfront and parkland walking! Reading threads Wynnum sound like it'd be a perfect fit for us! Hubby will work in Brisbane CBD. I myself plan to launch a Domestic / Commercial Cleaning Service. So the right area to target my market is important too:

Other possible contenders for our consideration are: Redcliffe; Margate; Newstead and Hamilton Reach? All of your thoughts or other recommendations appreciated.
