Does Wynard street near the riverlet have high flood risk?
Are there problems here with underage drinking or vandalism?

I guess right at the end of Wynyard Street could have a flood risk, it does come of Macquarie Street down a hill thus the closer to Macquaries Street the higher up you are. Across the rivulet has been some minor vandalism in the form of spray painting however this has not changed in some years.
