Yandina Coolum Road, Coolum Beach, QLD 4573

Yandina-Coolum Road is the main thoroughfare into Coolum Beach from the Sunshine Coast motorway. The other end of it will take you out of the Coolum Beach area and through from Yandina Creek to Yandina itself. Along that journey there are other areas where residents live on rural and acreage sites. There is noise from the traffic, but really once you are settled in and so familiar with how you are only moments away to everything, adaptation becomes a formality. I love living only 850 meters away from the beach, a good walk to help you build up a sweat before you can dip into the ocean and refresh. I also am fond of only being a short walk to all of my friends homes. Along our walk, bicycle ride or short drive into town, we travel past the Cassia Wildlife corridor, a swim school, BP service station and Vet before you hit a hub of a few restaurants that fall on what is then known as Beach Road.
