Is Yangebup a safe neighbourhood?

Yangebup, WA 6164 is located within the Cockburn local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.

we are wondering whether it has a high level of crime rate and if it is a safe neighborhood to live in with family.

It isn't safe. You have to accompany children out the front of the house, there is no way you would send them to the park or allow them to ride their bikes. Quite sad really.
