Does anyone know if the residents at the caravan park nearby cause any issues?

ah yeah over 2 months there was a police involved shooting where a tenant off his head on ice at the caravan park went for a copper with a knife. this tenant is no longer alive of course. on the subject issues theres plenty of people in Deception Bay with issues.

My parents own a property in that street and the tenants that live there at the moment love it :)
