"Looks good on a map but that is it"
Boring place yet at the same time a lot of traffic. Local kids become easily bored and resort to stealing out of your garden or damaging your letterbox and cars.
No good schools in Mornington either. Everyone is also turning their house into units so becoming overpopulated.
Just too far away from the beach and shops to make it a well positioned street.
