Depending upon your needs, there is no problem with Robertson Drive. It once had the stigma of being a bogan neighbourhood, but the character has shifted due to several first home buyers buying property in the area and transforming the landscape. Where once you could buy property easily under $300,000, nowadays properties under this level are much rarer and the demographic is continually shifting. As an investment its highly recommended with rents being approximately $290 - $350 per week for a standard 3 bedroom home and vacancy rates constantly pretty low. Hope this helps. The main problem is that you have to park your car out the front unless you have a descent sized garage if you don't have a garage don't expect your car to be out where you left it in the front in the morning hey .."
