Purchasing our investment through Cheryl has been a very smooth process. The deal was completed at 8pm on Saturday night, Cheryl is a very hard worker and was so easy to deal with. "Outstanding Agent"

Cheryl is an outstanding agent, who I would recommend to anyone who is seeking an agent to help let or manage their property. She is always very organised, responsive and up-to-date with property rules and regulations, which made everything so much easier for me (especially given I am based overseas). Cheryl helped me incept an appropriate landlord insurance policy and a depreciation schedule, which would have taken me a long time had I not received her guidance. When it came to letting the property she knew exactly how and when to advertise, and as a result we had no trouble finding a new tenant quickly. I have the utmost confidence in Cheryl managing my property until I return to Australia in 5 years time. Lastly, she has a great team who are all very efficient and easy to deal with - I could not more pleased with my choice of agent in Cheryl.

Cheryl came to our rescue when I had sold my house in Geelong and my partner was moving fro her rental in Doncaster and we had a short window to get a new place. Cheryl was willing and able to assist us outside of the normal operating rhythm of her firm to find us a lovely home and she spoke so highly of us to the property owners after getting to know us over our phone calls and emails. Her knowledge of the Yarraville, Spotswood area where we were looking was first class.

I have been a renter for 38 years and Cheryl is the best property manager I have ever had. She is very compassionate and attentive. Thanks to her outstanding efforts, living at the my rented flat has become a lot more pleasant and I finally have some peace of mind. Cheryl has a lovely temperament and the ability to put others at ease. She is also a good listener and quite wise in her own way. Cheryl gets along well with my landlord and has my complete trust. "Trust is a must"

We have been using Cheryl and her team to manage our investment property for 6yrs now and can not fault them. After many bad experiences with other agencies in the past and having to constantly keep an eye on our property, since using Cheryl our property is pretty much a set and forget scenario. If we hadnt found Cheryl we most probably would have sold the property as our experience had been so bad previously. Would highly recommend. Jen Candy
