Chris managed the sale of our property with utmost professionalism. We always felt that our requirements were aknowledged respected and appropriately represented from advertising stage through to completion of the sale. Everything within the scope of an agent's role was carried out without issue and in a timely manner and I would say above and beyond in some cases. From a vendor's perspective Chris demonstrated excellent customer service and I'm confident that Chris would demonstrate the same responsiveness, enthusiasm and positive drive to all customers whether selling, buying or just looking. Chris informs and consults and key junctures. We were always provided and thorough appraisal of the week's market activity and the property's openings and private inspection results which facilitated informed evidence-based decision making. We never felt rushed to decide or unclear about the direction to take as a result. The sum of our experience was our property sold in just 4 weeks during what would seem to be a tough market for the property type and location.
