"Nice place to live"
I have been living in this suburb since April 2021. I feel very happy to be here as the locality and street is very nice and quiet. People are great. Shopping centre and grocery stores are plenty.
"Grow up, live and work in Noble Park."
Absolutely great suburb with a great changes that have made through out the year. Still affordable for many home buyers looking to buy in the area. With all transport available to commute to City and back. Still lots of great improvements on the way.

"Great growing suburb!"
I have lived in and worked within the area for a number of years and find myself continually impressed by the amount of growth occurring. Properties have seen continual (year by year) growth in both price and quality, fully supported by adequate upgrades in infrastructure and large common areas for all to enjoy. If you are looking at purchasing in the area feel free to contact me at any time. Chris Utley - Real estate agent at Ray White Noble Park and surrounds.

"Noble Park, a new resident's perspective"
Moved in this suburb last year...house close to princess highway, closer to Noble Park north..about 1.6 kilometres from train station. Overall experience has been great so far. If you are happy to drive around plenty of shopping and dining options within 10 km radius, Waverley Gardens shopping centre 5 minutes and Parkmore shopping centre about 12 minutes. Dandenong market is great for fresh produce. There is not a lot of movement in the property market in terms of independent houses. A lot of townhouses are being built in the area closer to station. Mordialloc beach is approximately 15 minutes drive. MiXed population, primarily Indian/Srilankan/Italian/Sudanese. In terms of stigma attached to this suburb, I think it has changed a great deal in the past couple of years and will continue to change. Plenty of cops around the train station which adds to the safety feel of the area. Upgraded train station and increased bus services are great addition to the transport facilities. It is a suburb to consider for young families who can't really afford a million dollar home yet!!
