"Great Transport Facilities"
Great access to trains, buses and all major roads.
Very vibrant, multicultural, friendly neighbours and excellent parks, and activities such as swimming pools, water slide, athletic track, football/cricket ground, basketball stadium across the road, not to mention Sandown Park only minutes walk away.

"a busy and noisy street"
the street is located very near to the train station but as a result the train noise at night is quite disrupting. In the morning, people use the street to drive their car to the train station. The houses/unit around the area are abit old as well.
