Having wrestled with selling the family home for a number of years my wife and I met with Darren from O'Brien Keysborough several times only to get cold feet and pull out on several occasions. He never complained about the time he invested in us and was never anything other than professional and supportive to us both. So it only made sense we would go with him when we finally took the plunge and sell. To finally sell the family homes was a big decision for us BUT going with 'Darren and the team at O'Brien Keysborough was the best decision we have ever made, he provided outstanding service and we felt comfortable he had nothing but our best interests in mind at all times. He was clear and consistent in his vision on how our campaign would work so we could get the best result and never failed in his communication and indeed actions to deliver the same. He introduced other staff members from O'Brien's in Michael & Monnica during the process who were just as reliable and professional. All they wanted to achieve was to help us sell our home for the best possible price..........and they delivered in spades. Pretty much everything Darren outlined to Lisa and l was what happened and on our terms with a sale price that far exceeded our wildest dreams on what we thought our home of 15 years was worth. Being a General manager of a company that employees over 170 employees l continually remind my staff all customers want is for it "to be easy to do business with us". Well Darren and the team at O'Brien Keysborough certainly know how to do that. The whole process from the moment we decided to put our family home on the market right through to auction day and now even post auction their service and communication hasn't waivered. He and the team have made it an enjoyable and safe experience where we have always felt valued and listened to. We could not fault their efforts, service and ultimately even friendship through the whole process. l could not recommend anyone more highly if you are thinking of selling your home.
