"knowledgeable and engaging"

One of the most knowledgeable and engaging real estate professional that I have had the pleasure in dealing with in the property market. I had my own feedback that his local knowledge of the suburb and surrounding areas was second to none.

"Above all expectations"

Colin went above and beyond. With Several extremely annoying challenges thrown his way, he remained 100% professional. Couldnt be happier with our sale.

"Fabulous Team!"

Colin and Marg are a fabulous team. They provided guidance, experience and professionalism to all aspects of selling our house. Would recommend Colin and his team to everyone wanting to sell for the best price, sell within weeks with a seamless process.

"Positive, Colin knows the local area very well"

Very happy with the service provided. Only concerns, hold up with the sale was due to the buyers having trouble organising finance.

"22 Bayview Road"

Very happy with the process from the time of deciding to sell, block being advertised and then sold. Everything went smoothly. Only concern was the disappointment of having to wait nearly two weeks for the deposit to be transferred into my account after the conveyancer's had carried out the final settlement. I actually had to make several calls to find out why this hadn't taken place. My conveyancer stated that he had contacted O'Brien's immediately after the final settlement had taken place.

"Great agent, honest, reliable and trustworthy"

Having met MANY agents, I can confidently say this man is different to the rest. You just need to meet him and you'll understand. He is good at his job and there's no worry about dishonesty or playing games.
