From day one Ivan came across as a friendly and trustworthy agent, who listened to our requests and delivered his skills each time. He kept us well informed of potential tenants and provided his utmost professional expertise and service at all times. The process of renting our property was fun, but serious at the same time. Ivan surely knows his work when it comes to renting properties.

"Amazing!"

We cannot speak more highly of Ivan at R&H. There are many inexperienced and incompetent property managers out there. Due to the awful experience we had with our previous property manager, we decided to change agents. We spoke to a few property managers before deciding on Ivan. It's been almost 3 years now and we are still very happy with him! He is amazing. He understands the market and provides honest and appropriate recommendations in a timely manner. He responds promptly and is always there to help. We highly recommend him.
