"KNOW HIS STUFF"

From day one Ivan came across as a friendly and trustworthy agent, who listened to our requests and delivered his skills each time. He kept us well informed of potential tenants and provided his utmost professional expertise and service at all times. The process of renting our property was fun, but serious at the same time. Ivan surely knows his work when it comes to renting properties.

"Amazing!"

We cannot speak more highly of Ivan at R&H. There are many inexperienced and incompetent property managers out there. Due to the awful experience we had with our previous property manager, we decided to change agents. We spoke to a few property managers before deciding on Ivan. It's been almost 3 years now and we are still very happy with him! He is amazing. He understands the market and provides honest and appropriate recommendations in a timely manner. He responds promptly and is always there to help. We highly recommend him.

"A pleasure to deal with"

Ivan from Raine and Horne Brunswick has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of leasing our off the plan investment property. Ivan has worked hard to ensure ideal tenants were sourced and that the property is leased from settlement!! Furthermore he has kept us informed every step of the way and I feel confident that the management of our property is in good hands. Raine and Horne Brunswick have offered the most competitive leasing and property management fees that I could find after researching the market. They have also assisted me to save money on advertising and various costs associated with our property. If you are looking for a quality agent and a specialist in the field I highly recommend Ivan and the team at Raine and Horne!
