"Very happy Jayne"

We decided to lease our home from a company who had a reputation and knowledge of the local area. My first phone call was to Compton Green to discuss options on our home. I immediately felt comfortable with Jayne and took on board her valuable advice and allowed her to lease our home. Our property has been looked after, inspections on a regular basis and communication with Jayne and Compton Green has always been prompt! thank you for finding us a tenant within 2 days of our property being advertised!!

"Jayne's professional management of my rental properties has resulted in stress free rental property ownership"

Jayne has been extremely helpful with not only the management of my properties but also with liaising with the tenants during the sales process of two properties I have recently sold via Compton Green. This resulted in the tenants being fully co-operative throughout the process and resulted in quick sales of both properties. As manager of my properties, Jayne has always kept me up to date with any maintenance issues that may have arisen and has ensured that rental income was deposited into my nominated account on time, every time. Jayne has always been quick to respond to any issue that I might raise or that she becomes aware that needs to be addressed.

"Friendly, professional and polite"

I would like to thank Jayne for her continued service over many years looking after our rental properties. She has dealt with many interesting situations with us (from a tenant perspective) and always delivers while being friendly, professional and polite to deal with.

"Fantastic"

Just also wanted to acknowledge Jayne's efforts in managing our place in our absence. Having a family member under a commercial lease raised a number of challenges and Jayne's prompt follow up and professionalism in handling this throughout has been fantastic.
