Jonny is a unicorn in his industry and we won't hesitate to work with him if we ever sell property again. He was always honest, reliable, and his level headed approach made the whole process so easy for us. Integrity seems to be missing in the industry too often, but Jonny has it in spades. And as the cherry on top he got a price far above our expectations. One hell of an agent!
It was an easy decision to appoint Jonny together with Jo in support as the agents to navigate a successful result in a market which was post Covid, transitional and presenting a few challenges in 2022. Jonny's gregarious manner, his exemplary market knowledge and his belief in the value we should achieve led to a great result and a fair outcome between Seller and Buyer. We have no hesitation in recommending Jonny and his team for anyone seriously considering entering the prestige marketplace at any time. Danny and Shirley
Johnny was an excellent agent, with great knowledge of the local market and high integrity Johnny was extremely professional in every aspect The results we received were all due to both Johnny and Michaels dedication to get us the best price Thanks to you both
WE APPROACHED JONNY TO SELL OUR PROPERTY DUE TO HIS EXPERIENCE AND LOCAL KNOWLEDGE. WITH MINIMAL PROMOTION, HE FOUND A BUYER, AND THE PROCESS WAS SIMPLE AND EASY. JONNY WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY TO ANY PROSPECTIVE SELLER OF PROPERTY IN THE BUDERIM AREA

We engaged Jonny to sell 2 properties for my aging mother. I cant fault him on any point. He was professional, trustworthy, friendly, punctual, energetic, extremely respectful and got the job done with a great price to boot. You cannot possibly go wrong if you engage him to sell your house!
Jonny made us feel at ease from the first meeting. His marketing and negotiation skills are a huge asset. Jonnys knowledge and belief in the Sunshine Coast region and his enthusiasm to gain the best price for our property, greatly impressed us, and we have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to any prospective seller. We wish him well in the future.
Jonny was a pleasant surprise. From our first meeting, we felt that we could work with Jonny. His attitude and disposition was always positive, he listened to what we wanted and needed and worked hard to promote our property to the market. We were happy with the result and have been impressed with Jonnys endeavours to get us the best possible result. His knowledge of the market and property sales in our region/price range was impressive. We will be happy to recommend Jonny Marshall and the team at Ken Guy.
I found Johnny a pleasure to deal with. He had a detailed knowledge of what was selling, potential buyers and price points. He was honest and direct. He also kept in close contact throughout the sale process. A true professional.
Jonny and Michael had the insight to appreciate the essence of our property and pitch the advertising to the right demographic. They were able to achieve a sales price consistent with market conditions. Having had experience with a couple of other sales teams in Buderim, Jonny and Michael are heads and shoulders above the rest.
