Karen sold my investment property just prior to auction for a fair price for which I was happy with and reflective of the market. It was a short marketing program and was effective to achieve this result. Karen worked extremely hard during this period to achieve this result. Her attention to detail with preparation for the marketing, her preparation of the property for open homes, the prompt and detailed feedback each week was invaluable in ensuring we understood the current market and assisted in finalising the sale in an appropriate time frame. I have no hesitation in having Karen as my agent of choice for any future sales.
I bought my house 11 years ago through Karen Chant and after 11 years we decided to sell our house and contact Karen Chant without any worries because we knew that Karen is professional, friendly and confident with a warm heart. Now we sold our house very quickly with a great price. We would hightly recommend Karen Chant of Bob Berry Real Estate to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property. Once again thank you Karen Chant.
Karen has been entrusted to sell several properties for us over the last few years. These were either personal properties or on behalf of our construction company. Properties sold included homes within an Over 55s development we constructed and as well as existing private homes and units. Karen is attuned to the needs of both the vendor and the purchaser. She views each home through the eyes of potential purchasers highlighting the features of the home and then readily makes suggestions to the vendor on how to make the home more attractive for sale. Karen is open to new ideas during the sales process to ensure a positive experience. Most importantly, Karen is honest in her opinion of pricing and will work to achieve a favourable outcome. Karen is confident in her ability which is evident in the professional and efficient manner that she approaches each sale. Karen is a sales professional who we highly recommend.
I write simply to thank you for the wonderful professionalism and efficiency shown by you in our recent purchase. When one considers the angst that often accompanies a change of home, we consider ourselves fortunate to have someone who was prepared to drive the process without being pushy, prepared to assist without being intrusive and always pleasant, despite the stresses that come in such transactions. this is all the more so given that strictly speaking, you had been engaged by the vendors not us. Thank you. It is encouraging and gratifying to see such professionalism shown in the industry where sometimes the reverse can be seen. It was a pleasure dealing with you and I look forward to any future dealings.
Working with Karen has been anb absolute pleasure. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. Karen constantly kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to use Karen again for any property sales.
Who would have thought that the attractive young woman sitting attentively in my Real Estate class at TAFE some years ago, would rise to become the most professional and successful salesperson in all of Dubbo? As a former agent, I needed to find someone to market our property at 15 Springfield Way. that task would not be an easy one with my knowledge of the "crazy" industry, but after a short chat I knew that Karen Chant was the one. Boy! Wasn't that a good choice! It took all of SIX HOURS for Karen to achieve the top price for our house, and that was on a Sunday morning!!! Thank you and well done Karen, you are a truly gifted person.
This is the second time recently that Karen has sold a property for me. Her enthusiasm and absolute certainty that the property would sell is contagious. And I am sure it has a positive effect on prospective buyers. Karen has a strong understanding of the current market, and is realistic in setting the listing price and the promotional activity and budget to suit the vendor and the property. I also appreciate that Karen has a calm, gentle and friendly manner, both with me and with assisting the prospective purchaser. Any issues, negotiations and challenges were handled efficiently and resolved. Karen's communication was always open and I was kept up to date with progress throughout the process. Yes, I would recommend Karen if you are looking to sell your property. Thank you for your help with this sale Karen, best wishes, Rhonda.
