Kylie was fantastic to deal with, super enthusiastic, friendly and honest. We felt she was 100% committed to selling our property which ended with a fantastic result at Auction
You could not find a nicer and more dedicated agent. We were so lucky to find her. Need I say more?!!!!
I had been looking for a new home for approximately 7 months when I met Kylie. Kylie was one of the very few agents who got back to you promptly with accurate information. I believe she went beyond her job description to assist me with my purchase, answered all my nervous first home owner questions and to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Her knowledge, friendly nature and all her assistance made buying my new home a lot easier. I highly recommend Kylie.
I am very happy with Kyle's service on selling of my property, and she is very responsible and friendly lady. I will definitely recommend her to my friends. And wish her all the best!
Kylie was a key part of the team that sold our property. I was impressed with the promptness of her communication, her ideas and service. She worked hard and we sold well.
It was a delight dealing with Kylie during the purchase of my new home in Kensington. She has great knowledge of the local area and a network of people that could assist me with the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, she was flexible and responsive to requests. The Deal was straightforward and since signing the contract a year ago we haven't looked back!
As buyers Kylie impressed us from the start with her professional approach and depth of knowledge of the property market. She was always helpful during the sale process and since the sale has followed up with advice as to local tradesmen to go to based on her local expertise. We would highly recommend her to all future clients whether buyers or sellers.
It was a pleasure working with Kylie on the sale of our property. Kylie ran a very efficient campaign and was professional to deal with at all times. As you would expect, Kylie is a very good communicator and kept us well informed throughout the campaign. I would not hesitate to rcommend Kylie as a great choice of agent.
I worked with Kylie Harrigan of Biggin and Scott just over twelve months ago when purchasing my current property. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Kylie was wonderful to work with....relaxed, friendly, informative, professional and encouraging. I would work with Kylie again and cannot recommend her and the Company highly enough.
I was very satisfied with Kylie's professionalism. She was readily available when I wanted to inspect the property again a couple of times and was very co-operative with the sales negotiations.
