"The Most Professional Agent I Have Ever Dealt With"

Lauchlan has been a total professional. When I first received his appraisal there was just something that stood out from all the others. It was the photo of Lauchlan the office and the properties Belle had on the market. Just speaking with him I knew I had the right person to sell my property. I had this apartment listed with another agent for 4 1/2 months with no offers. Lauchlan sold the property in under 3 weeks. Lauchlan took the buyer out for coffee to deliver the section 32 and sold the apartment because he went above and beyond for his client.
