"Great Knowledge and Care"

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lauchlan Waterfield to sell my investment property in South Yarra, and I couldn't have been more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Lauchlan had a deep knowledge of the local real estate market, and the factors that would appeal to potential buyers. He ensured my property was presented in the best possible light, including staging and photography. Throughout the selling process Lauchlan provided regular updates on the status of the sale, including inspectation feedback and campaign monitoring. Thanks to Lauchlan and team, my property sold prior to auction and for a price that exceeded our expectations in the current market. I would highly recommend Lauchlan to anyone looking to sell a property in South Yarra or the surrounding areas.

"The Most Professional Agent I Have Ever Dealt With"

Lauchlan has been a total professional. When I first received his appraisal there was just something that stood out from all the others. It was the photo of Lauchlan the office and the properties Belle had on the market. Just speaking with him I knew I had the right person to sell my property. I had this apartment listed with another agent for 4 1/2 months with no offers. Lauchlan sold the property in under 3 weeks. Lauchlan took the buyer out for coffee to deliver the section 32 and sold the apartment because he went above and beyond for his client. This is my 4th property sale and Lauchlan is the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. Five-star service
