I found our property manager Lena Torus and her team at Ray White Noble Park to be courteous, respectful, professional, and very promptly responsive to our maintenance requests and queries. Their trade contractors I also found prompt and effective and communicated well. My partner and I rented this property for 5 years and I appreciated the service and professionalism of Lena and her team at Ray White Noble Park.

"Honest and down to earth"
My wife and I are new to property investment and Lena was great in finding reliable tenants. She offered great advice and was always communicating to us about potential tenants that would come up. She was reliable in meeting dead lines and was honest about the local tenant market. I would definitely recommend Lena from Ray White to seek tennants for your investment property.

I have been dealing with Lena Torus since last year and I am pleased to say that she has been very helpful in meeting all my needs in regards to my investment properties. She has been very professional in her approach, very accessible and easy to deal with. She is prompt in solving problems and has built an excellent rapport with me. I even remember the time when I was renovating my flat in Dandenong, Lena went out of her way to assist me by sharing her insight in the renovation process. I remember clearly she helped me in choosing the colours and even offered advice on the bathroom layout. I am very satisfied with the excellent level of service provided by Lena and I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and professionalism.

Lena is truly a phenomenal agent! Words are not enough to describe how lucky I am to have Lena as my property manager. Lena is knowledgeable, experienced, communicative, honest and the best at what she does. I bought my first investment property a year ago. Lena not only looks after my property very well, but understands the stresses and needs of both landlord and tenant. I live 1000kms away from my investment property, Lena reminds me the needs of maintenance and organises those services for me. As we all know, it can be stressful for owners if rent is behind. When it happened to me Lena was well organised, thoughtful, on time, and caring throughout the entire process. Now my tenant has started paying money back . "All the good traits that I have been looking for!"
I have not spoken to you in a long time but it is really due to the great customer service that Lena has been providing during the last 12 months. I thought it would be good to offer my feedback on Lena who has been handling both my rental properties. She has been proactive in keeping me informed that my rental units are in good condition by conducting timely inspections on how the tenants are using or maintaining the units. Lena has ensured that I get the rental payments on time. She has also helped me to get the desired claim amounts when a damage in the carpet occurred. She has also assisted me in selecting the appropriate tenant when the vacancy occurred. Her warm & friendly approach caring for my needs & the needs of the tenant ( Maintenance) are second to none, all the good traits that I have been looking for.

So far I have been unimpressed with property managers, but Lena is different from the rest. She has been attentive and prompt in following up any issues or questions I have. I have had bad tenants, and Lena has made the process of dealing with the resulting issues much less stressful than it could have been. I would recommend Lena to anyone who needs an agent to manage their rental property.

"Exactly what I was looking for!"
I've been very well looked after over the years here. I'm renting out a house in Keysborough, and my property manager Lena has been tremendous. Any time there's an issue she's on the phone immediately and sorts everything out. I get regular phone calls, emails and SMS updates telling me what she's doing and whats happening, especially during tense times like in between renters or when there is a maintenance issue. This is exactly what I was looking for when I wanted an agent to manage my rental property for me.
