From the beginning to the end it was a terrific experience working with Maurice and his team. He was always the ultimate professional and displayed a very high attention to detail at all times. Maurice loves what he does and we loved the result he achieved for our family. We would highly recommend him, love his confidence and his smiling face. Julie & Daryl
Professional, thoughtful, thorough and engaging from the outset. They provided a full range of services from house presentation to comprehensive marketing. Hockingstuart and the team treated the sale as a real opportunity to maximise the sale, not just another transaction. They guided us through the expectations, then exceeded them, especially thanks to th Auctioneering expertise of Maurice Di Marzio on the day. Beyond their Balwyn office, they also engaged agents in their wider Network, to make the most of their resources and ensure we had the widest possible exposure. A pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending anyone going straight to hockingstuart instead of wasting time shopping around.
Without Maurice we would still be trying to sell and for a lot less money , what a great professional! The most professional Realtor going around!
In an industry where an up to standard professional service is expected and all claim to have expertise in what they do, it is very challenging to distinguish one from another to determine whose service you want to use. I eventually decided to go with Maurice and Mark Purdey after quite some consultations and discussions. They proved they are the right persons to do the job. It is not only the professinal service, their knowledge of the market and their efforts that make them stand out, but also their strategies, their approach, and the way they manage the whole process, in particular the Auctioning process that eventuates the outcome. I have no reservation to recommend them because they have the skills that are able to bring you the best possible results you want to see. Thanks again Maurice and Mark
We couldn't rate Maurice and his staff highly enough. They were totally professional in the way they handled everything, and kept us progressively informed as we headed towards our Auction day. Great negotiating skills on the day of our Auction with a fantastic result achieved. Thank you Maurice and Mark from hockingstuart!
I hope you both had a relaxing Sunday after a rather stressful and soggy Saturday! Just wanted to thank you both for the amazing effort you put in not only on Saturday but throughout the entire campaign! Chris and I have been so impressed and grateful for your honesty and calmness the whole way and have already started singing your praises. We really have appreciated it!
Maurice and his team have sold 4 properties for us in the past 12 months in a professional and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Maurice and his Agency to anyone who wants results!
I sourced Maurice from a very good recent sale in my street. I found Maurice to be very knowledgable, methodical and strategic in his approach, which suited my style. Maurice was generous with his time and advice assisting me with my purchase of a new property. His assistance definitely saved me $$$$. Maurice was always calm and measured during the ups and downs of the sale campaign but on Auction day, Maurice and his team really stood up controlling events to secure the best possible price - Very happy with all his efforts
Maurice Di Marzio's wealth of knowledge through years of experience is second to none. His communication is fantastic and his friendly, easy going but professional manner shines through to all who deal with him. Maurice and his team did an outstanding job over and above what is expected from an agent in some difficult circumstances and I couldn't be more happy with the whole campaign and outcome. Thanks so much Maurice and Josh! I truly appreciate your efforts and would recommend you to anyone :-)
Maurice Di marzio of hockingstuart Balwyn was always very professional, personally and in all business aspects of the sale. Appointments were kept, and we were well informed at all stages of the campaign. Advertising was well placed and he assisted us with how to present the home for sale, and provided us with friendly and helpful contacts for work to be carried out prior to Auction. He and his team understood the market very well and together we set realistic expectations. The Auction was well run with panache by Maurice and a higher than expected sale price was achieved. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Maurice at hockinstuart Balwyn.
