Matt now manages three rental properties for us. He is amazing with advice about the renovations needed to get the best rent and the properties are then rented quickly for a good price. He is very thorough with his tenant selection. He is always available to talk and fixes any issues immediately. The best property manager we have had by miles. Highly recommend him. And he is a lovely person.
