"Oustanding Services"

We would like to sincerely thank Loic and Stefan from Hocking Stuart Albert Park for the outstanding service they offered to us during the process of renting our property. Their responsiveness, friendliness and communication skills in keeping us informed on the development of the short campaign were first class. As a result, after just a couple of organised inspections, prospective tenants were carefully selected and the property quickly rented. We are very pleased with Loics and Stefans performance and strongly recommend them and Hocking Stuart Team at Albert Park to anyone seeking a professional and competent Managing Agent or Leasing Consultant. With much appreciation, Luigi and Cathy

“St Kilda West is NOT St Kilda”

Despite the similarity in the name of the suburb and being directly adjacent to each other, St Kilda West and St Kilda are completely different. St Kilda West is 99% residential with large tree lined avenues, grand period homes and is pre…

“Classier than St Kilda, trendier than Albert Park, and as vibrant as Fitzroy but with the beach side location...”

The title of my review of Port Melbourne sums up pretty well the vibe of this suburb. Port Melbourne has always been known as traditionally having more in common with the industrial inner west suburbs than the fancier suburbs of Albert Par…

“Great lifestyle options without the noise”

“Peaceful, beautiful - You will never guess that you are only 4 km away from the CBD”

“No car needed... Best lifestyle!”

As an experienced property manger, when asked to write a review on Fitzroy my first reflex was to read other reviews to make sure I wasn't simply repeating what had already been said. Everyone who knows a bit about Melbourne would have h…
