Last year I put my property in the hands of Ray White Oakleigh for renting. Penny Costa and her team have been a delight to do business with. All my request and concerns regarding my property were professional manner. I would have no problem in recommending Penny and the team at Ray White Oakleigh to look after any future property deals. And a side note, I was also impressed how Penny looked after the tenants. It has been a refreshing experience all round. Well done kind regards

Working with Riccardo, Tracey and Penny at Ray White Oakleigh exceeded any of my expectations! I had great experience working with Penny and her team a few times now. Theyve managed to select excellent tenants for my properties and have always provided me with useful information and advice on residential/investment property and tenant management. It is great to have a knowledgeable and well equipped team to work with in this space, given that I am a very busy individual who also happens to be an owner of a few investment residential assets.
