"Pina Brandi found our dream home."
My partner and I contacted Pina Brandi when we decided we wanted to downsize. She asked a number of questions about what we were looking for. We told Pina of a house that we loved in the perfect location for us. The trouble was that this house was not for sale. Long story short, Pina came to us 10 days later and simply said "make an offer". We did and are not proud owners of our perfect house. Pina listened to us and with her skills and expertise was able to make our dream come true.

We really didnt have time to find out dream home and this is when a friend recommended us to Pina. We called her and connected straight away. She really listened to us and understood what was important. Organized some private inspections and eventually she found out home. Made the process easy and we settled in time to have Christmas in the new house. Would highly recommend her. Saved us so many weekends that we would have spent at inspections and with kids would have been a nightmare.
