Letitia St sounds great. What would a new large 4 bedder either Free standing or Duplex sell for?

Marine Drive is by far the best street in Oatley which is also in the sought after area of Oatley West which is much quieter and close to the famous Oatley Park and close to the Mulga Road shops which has best cafes and restaurants in Oatley.

Marine Drive also has a waterfront side with some homes getting spectacular views of Oatley Park if your home backs onto Jewfish Bay. These waterfronts also get magical sunsets every evening.

I think the beautiful waterside Freeman Avenue, Burke Crescent and Burke Streets are much nicer than Marine Drive which is a very narrow street in which it is almost impossible to park. Freeman Avenue, Burke Cresc and Burke Streets are peaceful, leafy with a short walk to Oatley Park and everything it has to offer.

I would say Raymond (cul-de-sac) or Marine. On the better side of Oatley (Oatley West) much quieter

Wyong St or Algernon, great water views. Yarran road is nice and Oatley Parade is good for the station.
