"We'd give Rodney our home to sell."
At the time we felt our experience buying via Rodney was really great but it has shone even more brightly given the experience we've recently had with another agent selling our investment property in a different part of the state. Rodney didnt assume we knew what happened in the process and ensured each step we kept on top of whats needed and in a timely way. Great for busy working buyers! If we sell here, we'll engage Rodney

"Rodney acted as our sales agent for our home"
Rodney had an exceptional knowledge of the property market in our area. He was very helpful prior to putting our home on the market as far as preparation and what we should and shouldn't do to enhance the inspection experience. The property never even went to market as Rodney was able to introduce another buyer to our property before the home open which resulted in a higher than expected price and a sales contract was forthcoming in only 1 day. Rodney was very thorough and professional and I would be (and will be) happy to recommend him to other potential customers. Rodney really was truly acting in our best interests unlike some other agents that just want a quick sale with minimal effort.

Dealing with Rod as my realtor for the sale of our rental property was hassle free and an overall positive experience. Rod went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. "Outstanding service and experience"
We received a flyer in our letter box, that is how we came to meet Rodney. He is a true gentleman and professional, he made the whole experience of selling feel seamless. He was also available and contacted us with updates daily. He was not pushy in his sales pitch and gave us practical advice. We felt like he was genuine and wasnt trying his best to get the outcome we wanted. He was up front and honest from start to finish. Both parties (buyer and seller) had a happy experience. "Outstanding Service"
I was speaking to a number of agents regarding the sale of my investment property and was initially only interested in getting a feel for the market. Most of the other agents were pushy and did not provide me confidence in what I was trying to achieve. Rodney was approachable, knowledgeable and ensure that there was minimal impact to the tenants in the event that I wanted to keep the property. The tenants were additionally very grateful for the minimal disturbance during the sale. Ultimately the property was sold and the overall process was painless. Highly recommend using Rodney.

"Great buying experience"
Rod demonstrated his professionalism from the start with his extensive knowledge of the property he was selling. His demeanour was present but not pushy during inspection which was refreshing. If he could not immediately answer a question, he did his research and got back to us promptly. Rod was up front and honest about our position as buyers and made the experience feel transparent at every stage. Once our offer was approved and as we awaited settlement, he personally swept up inside and raked up garden debris on the vacant property to ensure we arrived to a clean and well maintained home. His efforts in creating such a positive and smooth buying experience is very much appreciated.
