"Professional and Stress Free Experience"

Professional and an easy process. . I had an excellent experience working with Sally Shaw from Property Wise Launceston. She managed to rent out my property in an impressively short amount of time, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Throughout the entire process, Sally was a fantastic communicatoralways keeping me informed, responsive to any questions, and very professional. Its clear she knows the market well and genuinely cares about both landlords and tenants. I feel completely confident that my property is now in great hands and will be managed to a high standard. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Sally to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient property manager.

"A Dream for Investors"

Sally has been a dream to work with. She secured fantastic high quality tenants 2 weeks prior to the settlement date of our investment property. Communication and efficiency has been top notch, which was especially important to us as first time interstate investors.

"Proactive and Reliable Management"

Ive had the pleasure of working with Sally Shaw over the past several weeks as a landlord, and I couldnt be more impressed with her service. Her communication has been outstanding from the outset - always clear, prompt, and proactive. She kept me fully informed at every stage and made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed. She handled maintenance issues efficiently, and is ensuring everything is being addressed quickly and professionally, including carpet laying and retaining wall rebuilding. On top of that, she organised a new tenant in a very short timeframe, minimising vacancy and stress on my end. I would highly recommend her to any landlord looking for a dependable and proactive property agent.
