Launceston, TAS 7250 is located within the Launceston local government area, part of the Northern Region in Tasmania.
For a retired couple that enjoys walking, doesn't mind hills & would prefer somewhere close to town.

Hi there. Launceston and surrounding suburbs are lovely. My picks would be South Launceston, West Launceston, East Launceston, Newstead, Trevallyn and Riverside. Prospect also has a fantastic market place area, very flat but great services in this area as well and close to the Country Club if you like to play golf.

Hi, Newstead and Norwood would be my top picks for retirees that love walking and close to town. These suburbs are both relatively flat, super safe and close to town.
