Sam is a true professional when it comes to real estate. From the great service he provided when buying my first home, it made him the first point of contact when I came to selling. Throughout the whole process Barry Plant were extremely easy to deal with, and Sam stands out due to his excellent communication throughout the campaign. By following his advice we achieved a great result and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

His attentive and friendly communication made him someone we enjoyed dealing with and an incontestable choice when it came time to sell our home. Sam demonstrates an exceptional work ethic - don't be surprised to get a text message or email from him on a Sunday! When showing our property he was respectful and took the time to attend to small and personal details that other agents would have overlooked. At no point did our dealings feel transactional, he is an excellent agent who we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.
