"Worst Experience"
Had a very bad experience with renting property through HamKerr Property for a house that I rented through Tanya. Comes with Landlord's ego when dealing with tenants. Prospective tenants should take precaution to take detailed photos of every corner of the property during occupation and report them in the condition report. She charged me a lot for minor issues which I had to pay. Not friendly when taking appointments. I would not deal with this company anymore for my future real estate needs.

"A pleasure to deal with"
Ham Kerr Property have been managing my rental property in Hawthorn. Unlike other agencies I have used in the past I have had the same property manager for five years. Tanya is a pleasure to deal with, so efficient and so good at what she does.

The apartment that I rent, has been managed by Ham Kerr for at least 5 years, they have actioned requests and administration efficiently. If you're seeking a property manager I'd happily recommend Tanya.
