Tanya is so rude and awful as an agent, lacks basic communication skills and is irresponsible with rental properties. Do not recommend.
Had a very bad experience with renting property through HamKerr Property for a house that I rented through Tanya. Comes with Landlord's ego when dealing with tenants. Prospective tenants should take precaution to take detailed photos of every corner of the property during occupation and report them in the condition report. She charged me a lot for minor issues which I had to pay. Not friendly when taking appointments. I would not deal with this company anymore for my future real estate needs.
Tanya was an extremely easy person to deal with, her passion and efficiency for property management was a breath of fresh air when dealing with her.
