Have dealt with Tim and McCartneys numerous times over the last few years. Both buying and selling. Fantastic no nonsense approach, whilst always keeping us up to date with regular communication.

"Tim was really professional, but with a relaxed, easy going style."

I had originally engaged another agent. After 3 months with no success I contacted Tim. He was very gracious as I had spoken to him originally. In three days he had the place sold, at a slightly higher price than our original agent had tried to get us to drop down to.

Tim has been fabulous to deal with during the rocky time of a volatile market. He is above all a lovely human being, kind , always available to answer my hair brain questions and nothing was too hard to organise. He rolled along very capably with many difficulties with purchasers, tenants etc which really took the pressure off me. I am grateful for his experience, knowledge, honesty and wisdom. Thanks a Tim and the whole Mc Cartney family.
